1. Returns
- Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, clearance, or sale items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email support@highclasstopuni.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare the Item: Package the item securely and include all original documentation.
- Ship: Send the item to the address provided in your RA email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
